"If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. These people might be OK for homeowner's insurance or other things, but as far as auto insurance goes, forget it. Shop somewhere else. They don't seem to consider their auto insurance customers to be worth keeping. They will not even talk about reducing rates. Why would they? It reduces their commission, and this also causes their management of auto policies is feckless. After two years of this, I went shopping and ended up saving over $700 a year. Run away as fast as you can."
